Flood Damage

Angleton, TX flooding. The before picture is during demo. The after picture is the area cleaned and demo is finish. Whenever we start a water damage job we have to take readings in the floor and ceilings. Then we calculate the load that the job will need in order to dry the structure and place dehumidifiers and fans appropriately. In this before and after picture you can see that the dry wall was removed at two feet, however contaminated water seeped farther up the structure and it was necessary to remove they dry wall to 4 ft. This is to ensure all harmful contaminants and bacteria have been removed.
