After the big freeze in Houston, a broken pipe spewed water into my attic for at least 2 days before being shut off. Three rooms were completely totaled and all of my floors became water soaked. My insurance company said SERVPRO of Bellaire would call me. I expected a long and exhausting process...
However, SERVPRO of Bellaire called me within a couple of hours. The next day, I had at least 7 SERVPRO staff in my house - they were like a well oiled machine. In less than 4 days, all of my stuff was packed, the damaged rooms demo'd and heaters and dehumidifiers everywhere. I will have no problems with mold / odor due to SERVPRO's thorough and super quick response.
The entire staff were incredibly professional and well organized. Pictures were taken of my belongings and each box was labeled. SERVPRO of Bellaire made this entire ordeal easy and stress free. I will forever be grateful to them.

After an awful experience with another company, SERVPRO of Bellaire exceeded my expectations. Having your house remediated for mold is a very stressful but they eased my mind and got the job done. SERVPRO of Bellaire was great and was in constant contact with me on when they arrived, everything they did every day and when they left for the day. I could not have imagined the mess we had when a pipe burst on second floor flooding entire condo. We had to take everything down to the studs! 8 months later finally finished and the crew from SERVPRO stayed and helped unpack all 250 boxes, cleaning as they opened. 8 days later we are back to normal, if not better. Thank you thank you!!!

I had a flooded kitchen and they came in and helped dry it out and removed all of the damaged material.

They were very courteous and thorough, when we had a water leak in our kitchen. Came and checked equipment when they said .
